A generous and delicious cuisine
We work with local producers we know, using fish caught that very morning at the Etel fish market, and locally grown vegetables that change with the seasons. There's no set menu—what's fresh in the morning is on your plate in the evening.

Restaurant L'Even in Erdeven - traditional homemade and local cuisine
The L'Even restaurant at the La Voile Bleue hotel in Erdeven offers traditional Breton cuisine prepared with fresh, local produce. Fish from the Etel fish market, vegetables from Morbihan market gardeners, shellfish from Quiberon Bay—our chef creates a menu daily that changes with the seasons and the catch. Located in Erdeven, in the heart of Morbihan, a 7-minute bike ride from Kerhillio beach, L'Even is open every evening for dinner and every morning for breakfast. Half-board packages and group meals are available upon request.

"Arriving on a beautiful sunny day, I received a warm welcome. Breton Abbey beer. Bone marrow for a starter, pork chop for the main course. The dishes were delicious, the wine generously served (by the glass), a Côtes-du-Rhône "between us." The pleasure of seeing a freshly ground pepper mill, with salt beside it and good quality bread. The coffee was beautifully presented. I can only urge you to look at my photos to get a better idea. A great place. PS: The knife belongs to the author."

"A Wonderful Stay at L'even – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at L'even Bar and Restaurant in Erdeven. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The owners could not have been more helpful, kind, and accommodating. Their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home. The food was excellent — beautifully prepared, delicious, and clearly made with great care. The restaurant has a wonderfully relaxed and homely atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal and unwind. Our room was excellent — comfortable, clean, well maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also superb, just a short distance from the beautiful Brittany coastline and sea, while being ideally situated for exploring Erdeven and the many charming villages. What really sets L'even apart, however, is the kindness of the owners. A wonderful combination of excellent food, comfortable accommodation, a beautiful location, and exceptional hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were genuinely sorry to leave. I will definitely be back and would recommend L'even without hesitation to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Brittany. " A superb restaurant in Erdeven, just 2km from Kerhilio beach, offering simple yet refined and precise cuisine. The stuffed clams are excellent, the octopus, cooked to perfection and seasoned to perfection, is divine, and the homemade mango ice cream is a delightful surprise. A very good restaurant with a peaceful garden for lunch and a very pleasant and welcoming family team. I will return as soon as possible to try the rest of the menu. There is also a set lunch menu for €19.50 with a starter, main course, and dessert, which I will try next time. Thank you to the whole team!"
